First off, this is NOT my Sailor Senshi, nor is this SailorMars in a purple and black fuku or SailorSaturn with long hair. This is the very old and very awesome SailorAstera, the sailor-suited Soldier of Revenge who belongs to the equally awesome (but a bit older) *sakky-attack

SailorAstera is a corrupted Senshi from the 30th Century who came to the past to kill the Sol Senshi. She lives in the distorted world of her own vengeful mind, tormented by the foggy memories of her past and an undying desire to seek revenge upon the senshi of the White Moon (to attempt to quote Sakky herself). Now, with that out of the way, a couple of weeks ago, *sakky-attack sent me a note asking for an art trade. I had been wanting to draw SailorAstera for awhile, and this was the perfect excuse to do so. I think she came out awesome (one of my best colour jobs if I do say so myself), and I hope Sakky likes my work.

From the beginning, I wanted to use =SenshiStock for the pose reference (since it would be blasphmous NOT to use =SenshiStock since Sakky runs it). I also wanted to draw Astera's guardian cat Demetrius in there, but I thought the brown might throw off the image...that and I just got lazy. At least I got the Adazuishou (The Revenge Crystal, Astera's main source of power and strength) in there at least.

I might doctor thing up and make a 'Healed' version of this picture just for fun, but later. For now, enjoy.
