I would have submitted this sooner, but when I've not been working I've been catching up on SailorMoon Crystal (I'm a bit behind on watching), playing Terraria or bullshitting around in Sims 2. But yay! my submission for Constellation-Senshi is finished just a few days before the deadline.



This is SailorLacerta, civilian name Elizabeth Greenlee. As a civilian she is afflicted with Hypohidrotic Ectodermal Dysplasia, a mutation displaying such outward symptoms as no hair, no sweat glands, a flattened bridge of the nose, dark-colored skin around the eyes, eczema, no fingernails, and small pointed teeth (although some individuals with this mutation lack teeth altogether). This condition made her an outcast in her hometown, and after dropping out of highschool she became a recluse.

As SailorLacerta, she grows fingernails, her teeth grow longer and her entire body is covered in protective green scales. Needless to say, since awakening Elizabeth chooses to remain in the form of a sailor senshi as much as possible, only powering down to bath or sleep.

Personality: Being teased for her condition has made her a bit cynical and untrusting of people, but if you gain her trust you will have a loyal friend and ally. She also has dry, morbid sense of humour and can come off as creepy to others, albeit unintentionally .
Powers: Reptilian in Nature
Attacks:
    † "Venom Ball" - Vomits into her hand, forming a ball consisting of a green slimy substance and throws it at her opponent and splatters on contact. If the venom makes contact with the target's eyes, they will be blinded. If it hits any other part they will experience temporarily paralysis in that area. She can also spit acid venom directly at her opponents, but only at close range.
    † "Chameleon" - Vanishes, making herself invisible until she is hit by an opponent.
    † "Innate Ability" - She can cling to and climb walls and has a long sticky tongue like a good lizard. : )
