I've had this sitting on my computer for a few months now. I would have submitted it sooner, but I kept seeing things wrong with it and thus I kept nitpicking, buty now I'm submitting this damned thing and unless I see something I can fix I won't be touching up this damned thing anymore.

But yay! My necromancer senshi for the DeathSenshiAlliance SailorNeniaDea is here!

She once ruled the Dwarf Planet  2010 EK₁₃₉ with her younger sister SailorManaGenita during the Silver Millennium. When news came of the Anaoshak Abeerah and its ever-increasing instability, the two sisters came to a huge disagreement. Nenia Dea wanted to use the Anaoshak Abeerah as a weapon against the Silver Millennium as punishment for casting out the Dwarf Alliance, while Mana Genita believed that the Leaders of the Alliance were doing what was best for the Alliance. Ultimately after weeks of arguing and fighting, Nenia Dea left not only the Alliance, but the Solar System altogether, leaving her much weaker little sister to fight on her own...

...then Nenia Dead eventually joined the Death Senshi Alliance far away from the Solar System. She was unaware that Silence extinguished the Silver Millennium and that her sister perished along with so many others. That is until now...

          † "Requiem of the Gods" - Summons an army of skeletons composed of necroplasm to do her bidding.  These skeletons will dispel only if NeniaDea dismissed them or if she is knocked unconscious. 
          † "Innate Ability" - She can draw necroplasm into her body anywhere within a two mile radius no matter how faint or old said necroplasm may be.
